These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Can Cleaners website and the purchase and use of trash can cleaning services provided by 3A Eco Cans LLC DBA Can Cleaners LLC.

By accessing this website or purchasing services, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or our services.


Service Terms and Conditions
Service Season:
Service season runs April through November unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms:
  • All services are prepaid.
  • Subscriptions require a card on file after the initial payment.
  • The same card will automatically be billed for future services according to the selected service schedule.
Pricing:
  • Pricing includes 1 or 2 cans at the same price.
  • An additional can is $15 or more.
  • Any service involving more than 3 cans may require an additional 1 time cleaning fee.
Regional Pricing and Service Availability:
  • Pricing and service availability may vary across different areas within our service region.
  • Service pricing may be adjusted based on factors such as demand, travel distance, route efficiency, and drive time.
  • 3A Eco Cans LLC DBA Can Cleaners LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing or availability depending on the operational needs of each service area.
Pricing Adjustments:
3A Eco Cans LLC DBA Can Cleaners LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing or service fees due to changes in operational costs, fuel expenses, service demand, or other business factors.
Customers will be notified of pricing changes prior to future billing cycles when applicable.

Subscription Minimum Commitment:
  • All subscription plans require a minimum of 3 completed service visits.
  • Subscriptions may be canceled after the first 3 visits have been completed.
  • If a customer requests cancellation before completing the first 3 visits, the remaining visits within the minimum commitment may still be billed or scheduled for completion.
Property Access for Service:
Customers grant 3A Eco Cans LLC DBA Can Cleaners LLC permission to access areas of the property necessary to perform scheduled trash can cleaning services.
This may include driveways, curb areas, side yards, or other locations where trash cans are typically stored.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that trash cans are accessible and that gates, obstacles, pets, or other barriers do not prevent technicians from completing the scheduled service.

Route Scheduling and Service Timing:
Services are performed according to company service routes and operational schedules.
Specific service times cannot be guaranteed. Service may occur at any time during the scheduled service day based on route efficiency, traffic conditions, weather, and operational needs.

Weather and Operational Delays:
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, equipment issues, holidays, or other operational factors beyond the control of 3A Eco Cans LLC DBA Can Cleaners LLC.
When possible, service will be rescheduled for the next available service day within the same service cycle.

Trash Can Preparation Requirement:
  • Trash cans must be empty at the time of service with no exceptions.
  • Because 3A Eco Cans LLC DBA Can Cleaners LLC performs cleaning services the day after scheduled trash collection, customers are responsible for ensuring that household members keep trash cans empty and ready for service.
  • If trash cans are not empty at the time of service, the visit may be marked as completed and the scheduled service will still be applied.
Trash Can Identification Policy:
  • We record the serial number of each trash can during an active subscription.
  • Customers may not swap trash cans during an active subscription period.
  • Swapping cans introduces unclean cans into the maintenance cycle.
  • If cans are swapped, additional cleaning charges may apply or the subscription may be canceled at the company’s discretion.
Service Refusal Policy:
3A Eco Cans LLC DBA Can Cleaners LLC reserves the right to refuse service for trash cans containing:
  • Grease
  • Paint
  • Feces of any kind
  • Sand
  • Cat litter
  • Construction debris
These materials fall outside the scope of residential trash can cleaning services.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Service:
3A Eco Cans LLC DBA Can Cleaners LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel service at its discretion for reasons including but not limited to:
  • Unsafe property conditions
  • Abusive or threatening behavior
  • Violation of service terms
  • Improper waste or hazardous materials in trash cans

Missed Service and Rescheduling Policy:
  • Subscribed customers are allowed 1 complimentary reschedule for every 8 completed visits if their trash cans are not out or are full during the scheduled cleaning.
  • Customers must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to qualify for a reschedule.
  • If cans are not available and notice was not provided:
    • The visit will be marked as completed.
    • The prepaid visit will be applied to that service date.
    • Billing will continue normally for the next scheduled visit.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring trash cans are accessible, empty, and ready for service.

Trash Can Positioning and Safety:
  • During service, trash cans may be temporarily repositioned or flipped to allow for proper cleaning and sanitation.
  • Customers are responsible for returning their trash cans to their preferred position after service.
  • 3A Eco Cans LLC DBA Can Cleaners LLC is not responsible for any injuries or damages related to customers lifting, moving, or repositioning their trash cans after service.
Property and Trash Can Condition Disclaimer:
3A Eco Cans LLC DBA Can Cleaners LLC is not responsible for pre existing damage, cracks, leaks, fading, or structural issues with trash cans.
Cleaning may reveal existing damage or deterioration that occurred prior to service.
The company is also not responsible for pre existing stains, surface conditions, or drainage conditions on driveways or surrounding areas where service is performed.

Service Documentation:
For quality control and service verification purposes, 3A Eco Cans LLC DBA Can Cleaners LLC may document completed services, including photographs of trash cans before or after cleaning.
These records may be used for internal documentation or to verify service completion if disputes arise.

Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Ohio.

Promotions and Discounts:
Coupon codes, discounts, and promotional offers are valid for subscription services only unless otherwise stated.
Promotions may not be applied to one time cleaning services.
Only one promotion may be used per household unless explicitly approved.
3A Eco Cans LLC DBA Can Cleaners LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Subscription Schedule Definition:
Subscription services are based on a weekly service cycle, not calendar months.
Monthly service is defined as service every 4 weeks.
Bi monthly service is defined as service every 8 weeks.
Quarterly service is defined as service every 12 weeks.

Service Frequency Within Season:
The service season operates on a limited schedule of approximately 38 service weeks per year.
Because services are scheduled on a rotating weekly cycle, the total number of visits a customer receives in a season will depend on their signup date.
Customers who begin service mid season may receive fewer total visits than a full season schedule.
For example, quarterly and bi monthly customers may receive fewer total services if there are not enough remaining service weeks in the season to complete a full cycle.
By purchasing a subscription, the customer acknowledges and accepts that service frequency is based on scheduling cycles within the active season and not a guaranteed number of visits per calendar year.
